He's only been able to deal with the business himself for a couple of days and can't see the impractabilities of dealing with stock from somewhere else. I've had to make abject apologies to several customers and hope they forgive me for being lax.

I'm determined to make this a success; a) because my son needs an income stream and b) to stick 2 fingers up to my ex.
Glad all sort it. You both need to learn from this experience. Like other suggest if you need the broadband 24/7 you need to invest in a second back up option like a dongle or using a mobile like wifi hotspot. Accident happen and when you pay few pound for a service you can't complain. I have talk talk and at least once a week go down. Luckily I now some stuff and doing some reboot and enter in the router I get all sort it. But when I use to pay 3time more with Virgin media everything was faultless.

Both the technical, and the emotional - you do need to have a contingency as others have said, and if you are in business with your son you need to be able to work together on a professional level. That means that you don't pick up *all* the flak when something goes awry.........

....... and that your son stops behaving like a two year old.

Hope all goes well at the hospital tomorrow.
