well I'm proud to be a peasant, after all we ate offal all our lives now its on 5 star menus,
as for what to call your meal, it doesnt matter wheather its your first or last meal of the day it just depends what time you have it, between 3.am and 10.30 its breakfast, 10.30 and 11.45 brunch, 11.45 and 3.00pm lunch, 3.00 and 5.30 tea, 5.30 and 8.30 dinner, 8.30 and 3.00am supper. it only gets confusing when you work shifts.
it would be much easier if we were hobbits.
