Formidable- she says in an outrageous French accent!
I thought Quintana would be closer at the end but don't think that he is finished yet. Porte and G amazing as well.Think Contador is tired, Nibali is out of it and VG going to be very disheartened.
Fascinating race though! No matter:the allotment is lovely, the tadpoles have legs, my sea kale has germinated and I am glad to be home.

Le Tour yesterday, Daniel Tekelhaimanot taking the points on the Cote de Mauvezin before the real fun on the Aspin & Tourmalet.
And this morning, the Depart from Lannemezan
Mid thirties both days so Chapeau to everyone.
And because it's Le Tour there has to be someone in a sweltering costume (at Mauvezin)

Then again there isn't a Mountain like the Tourmalet in Rutland.
I have snagged 49 mph down a local Cat 5 hill though.Life should be more like Bonsai...

Organisers must be thrilled that race was so exciting today- Froome did well but he had to fight for it the last two days.
Have thoroughly enjoyed it but now I don't have to rush home for highlights and then podcast and then other reports and articles. No matter:the allotment is lovely, the tadpoles have legs, my sea kale has germinated and I am glad to be home.
