First 'global warming' then 'climate change' now?

Well I read in one of the national rags today that Prof Valentina Zhatkova of the university of Northumbria is forecasting a drop of 60% in solar activity between 2030 and 2040 and this will lead to a ......................mini ice age as experienced between 1645 & 1715.

So do I buy drought resistant plants or frost hardy and advice welcome.
