Morning all. Very foggy first thing but lifting well now. Looks as if its going to be a nice day. So planting daff bulbs this afternoon then home to bath the kids ready for school.
Shame I've got shopping duties with my mom tomorrow or I could do loads down the allotment tomorrow. Never mind.

G'Mooooooooooooooooooornin' Peeps!

We have wet mist. Nice. Got lots to outside, but it's too wet at the moment, and the lawn is all squelchy. Hubby had an early finish the other day, and managed to get the lawn cut at last. The next day we had torrential rain and all that lovely clean green grass was covered in leaves again. Still, it was nice while it lasted.

I had my 'dear john' letter from the hospital this week - yaaaaaay! Five years on, all clear, we don't want to see you again. Fab. No more cameras, and no more needles. YIPPPEEEEEEEEE! I should've put that in the happy thread lol

On the down side, I appear to have developed a slightly irritable bowel, but it's a small price to pay, I feel.

Gosh...it's morning already!....looks like I slept right through for a change!

Just been listening to the church bells...it's All Souls Day today and well celebrated locally.

The graves of loved ones are visited ( usually having been cleaned up in the previous week) and pots of crysanthamoms left on the graves.
I think it's lovely to specifically think of family members...and friends...who we loved and aren't with us any more.
I've always said a Hello to my father today anyway as he was only 56 when he died and missed all of my adult life.

On a brighter note.....we've got wall to wall sunshine... Set for 20C later on today...not bad for November eh?

Oh...nearly forgot...I didn't sleep through.....Hibou presented me ( on the bed) with a large piece of potato peeling at silly o'clock.fr and then decided to flick it round the room

Morning all, sun is shining but it's cold and damp! No chance of getting these leaves picked up today. Think the lawn is still too wet. Great to hear your good news G4, brilliant! Bet that's a 'Dear John' letter you were glad to get.

Good morning,

I've been awake since 5 o'clock this morning. Finished my morning round at work and had my dinner(that is coz I had a really early breakfast) and now I am just chilling out until I have go back out again to do my dinner round.

Then this afternoon I am off to my parents house for a bit and then I shall be coming home and I am doing nothing for the rest of the night.
I really need to finish off my sock I am making on the loom for a friend.

Just wondered if anyone has come across any of these 2 problems.

1. Our boiler keeps firing up every so often for about 10 secs or so or so during the night when both the water heater and central heating are off. B.G. say it's all ok! Any ideas...it's very annoying as our bedroom is above the garage where the boiler is kept.

2. I am on the last page of the Chatback thread, p324, on the Vine (iPad) but when I try to move to page 320 the whole thing just crashes. Is this an iPad problem?
