Mornin all!
Just about to prepare our watermelon for breakfast.
We've been having it daily with a big splodge of live yog and a spoonful of muesli for about 3 months now.
Looks like the season is nearly over as they are getting harder to find in the shops and what there are have doubled in price and shrunk in size by half!
Going to need to find an alternative brekkie soon.
Sad really cosI've never particularly enjoyed eating them before, but now I've actually got a craze on them!
What's everyone else having for brekkie?...I think I need some ideas apart from toast, cereal or porridge! ( or a cooked breakfast!)"Nicos, Queen of Gooooogle" and... GYO's own Miss Marple

Visitors SP?...sounds exciting!
I'm looking forward to starting again on ripping out our kitchen ....this time the units and 8" of insulation.
Going to make a right mess espesh as there is an open chimney 4' wide!
I've given up on cleaning!"Nicos, Queen of Gooooogle" and... GYO's own Miss Marple

Yes - I like my morning cup of tea. Just enjoying mine now while browsing online.
Watermelon sounds like a great choice for breakfast - not too heavy. I can't eat first thing. Normally wait until nearer lunchtime to have something. More of a brunch.
Not much point in rushing outside to open the PT up in the mornings now as it's taking longer and longer to get up to a reasonable warmth.
My allotment mad sister is coming over today so going to try and palm some lettuce off on her as we've got way too much. I need more space for other thingsLOVE growing food to eat in my little town back garden. Winter update: currently growing overwintering onions, carrots, lettuce, chard, salad leaves, kale, cabbage, radish, beetroot, garlic, broccoli raab, some herbs.

Afternoon all. Back from the plot again. Did 7 wheel barrows of weeds to the weed dump site today. Not going tomorrow as we have to go present shopping for Hans birthday on Friday. Then Thursday OH has the dentist to start having work done ready to have a denture plate fitted.
Back aches a bit now. I was in bed by 8.30 last night
Have a good afternoon everyonesigpic
