My mobile weather unit, Domino cat, gives me the following weather report: it is cool with some drizzle in the air. Also, an extra breakfast would be appreciated, ta.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaarternoooooooon Peeps! Steady rain here, so no garden duties for me today. I have taken down the garden shade sail, that only went up yestarday, and watered half my pots with its contents.

My hubby has found his way home too, so we have an enjoyable afternoon catching up with his accounts to look forward to.

        Coffee?

Afternoon everyone. Drizzly rain this morning when I took FiL to the National Memorial Arboretum, but the forecast said that it would be heavier this afternoon. And is it? No - it is not raining at all. Humph! Anyway despite the gloom, he enjoyed himself and we had a very pleasant morning and lunch. So, I ought not to complain. Enjoy your accounts G4. I think I am going to prepare some cucumbers for the next batch of relish.

It's been persisting down all day and I've got several barrow loads of household stuff to store in the shed before the builders arrive. I have the first cold I've had for 3 years (since my 1st flu jab). I'm off to Cardiff tomorrow and the weather forecast is fine. Roll on tomorrow.

Off to North Yorkshire tomorrow, now, where can I buy wellies for Charlie? And maybe a good looking raincoat?

Or do I have to utilise a black sack?

                            evenin all!

What a funny day it turned out to be. Didn't get swimming but ended up doing loads of urgent jobs I'd sort of pushed to one side whilst having my jam making frenzy .
Ah well- day off - almost- tomorrow, so will try and get a swim in then!

Flippin heck have we had rain this evening!!!!...only the pots needed watering.
Sunfowers and JAs are a bit wibbly wobbly though

good evening to you all, thats the first day for a while that I could sit outside, well once I found a spot out the cold wind, one small shower which almost led to a black eye as youngest grandson had to rush over to put up the big umbrella and I was leaning over to do the same so!!(I am still wondering why I showed him how to wind it up) by the way down south it would be called a sun shade, also got the washing dried outside today, or so I was told, now looking forward to Saturday, hopefully a bit more of the sun.
it may be a struggle to reach the top, but once your over the hill your problems start.

Nip into a branch of Yorksh1re Trading and buy a waterproof if you need one for you - got an astonishing quality kagoul for £8.50 inc zip pockets and stowaway hood when up there a couple of weeks ago. Can't help you with dog wellies, though.
