    • Afternoon all, late starter here today just can't get myself moving! Lumpy, I noticed one of our cherry trees leaves turning a lovely orange/red colour and the Rowan trees are packed with red berries...is that not a bit early for that?

Morning all! I'm being lazy this morning, just toast for breakfast this morning but I'm on my second cup of coffee and I've no intention of moving yet.
With the first knee It took me about five months before I got it to work properly, as it too was badly swollen, but I had done a twenty mile hike five days before the operation, the second was a lot quicker, although even yet I cant do a full circle when I start on my bike I have to pedal back and forward for a time before I can do a complete circle, but the best advice I could give to anyone is to use a walking stick till they feel comfortable walking, and again use it if the legs get sore. I walk quite a lot, but sadly not the hills, cycle and swim, once I`m old I might give up the cycling
it may be a struggle to reach the top, but once your over the hill your problems start.

                              • Grey and druzzly here in London. The house is shaking because of the demolition at the end of the garden so maybe now is not the best time to do the video I was planning. Another cuppa instead
