Funny thing is that that wasn't the first thing which came to mind when I saw it!
I was wondering which piece I'd eat first!!!

Morning all. Well its shoe shopping for the kids today. Was meant to get it done when we got their school uniform but we ran out of time. So going to be a battle of wills with Han. William is one of those boys that if the shoe fits he is happy with them.
Going to Aldi again first thing to see if they have any fruit bushes still. Might go for another couple of summer fruiting raspberries.
Anyway have a good day everyonesigpic

I noticed that they do a good range of slightly older phones at The Range
They are all unlocked to work on any network and are quite cheap.
I stepped off the whole upgrading your phone every year merry-go-round a few years ago and converted my contract to a sim only contract.
Now I only pay £7 a month for the same service as i used to get for £32 a month and when I need a new phone I go and buy a second hand one or I will get one from the range.
I save around £300 a year

We hear a lot of complaints about bad service so it's nice to be able to report the opposite. Saturday night i pulled into our drive and got out of the car to see a drive belt behind it. Looking under the bonnet revealed that the alternator/ air con belt had broken. So Sunday morning I am thinking what can i do? all the parts companies are shut so I cant get a belt and we have a trip organised this afternoon. Thinking it most unlikely they would help, i rang the AA. I do have home start on my policy but thats really just to jump start you car.
The AA man attended, said he would ring a parts company and they will turn out, open up the shop and serve him, he drove off, came back with two belts because he said the power steering belt looked worn, fitted them in ten minutes. I paid for the belts and we had our trip as planned. Now thats service.Last edited by Bill HH; 10-08-2015, 08:18 AM.photo album of my garden in my profile http://www.growfruitandveg.co.uk/gra...my+garden.html

Back from a gruelling weekend visiting Mum in ITU. She is improving and it is planned for her to move to a respiratory ward today. She's not keen as rather enjoyed her private room and dedicated nurse. Still a long way to go but steps in the right direction. Have had both parents in ITU wards this year, not an experience I'd like to repeat.
Dentist for me this morning then some housework while it rains.
