It seems funny when I open the back door and only see the patio - normally it's covered in pots, bags etc.
Our runners are setting seeds and will be down soon.
I did get a seed catalogue in the post yesterday though ...........

Planning a relaxing one today

Morning all. Allotment prize giving this afternoon. As chair it's my job to award the certificates. I've just printed them all and relieved to see I don't have to award myself one this year as I have in the past as it's a bit embarrassing. Lovely sunshine here too.

Morning from a dull start to the weather in Dublin. Just finished my weekly fry up and off to mass soon.
Looking forward to watching the all Ireland G.A.A. final today between Kerry and Dublin. It promises to be a great match.

I'm in a great mood today having won first prize for my white potatoes at the local show yesterday and came home with a fabulous haul of jam, cake, fruit and veg.

I'm in Wales again bloody freezing ontop of this mountain too! OH is hoping for his best ever 25mile time in his 40's! He needs to beat 53mins 19secs for the club best in his age group. He was off by a few seconds a couple of weeks ago. This is the last chance he'll have. Fingers crossed!

Rather dull this morning and a wee bit chilly, think the rain is on it's way. Don't have anything planned so we will see where the day takes us. Enjoy your day everyone whether it's in the garden, on the allotment or indeed on top of a chilly mountain in Wales!

Looking out at my lovely dahlia's being beaten down by the rain, especially those with the large fluffy heads.

Had a busy day, but managed to get to a couple of small Vide Greniers and actually managed to find a complete ceiling light for our new kitchen!
Really chuffed- and a good price too!
