Yups, that was it. There was me thinking it was such a pest and also having to click on the navigation bar just to get the links to new posts etc. It's all back to normal and nowt to do with the recent techie changes. I'm a happy bunny

      • Good morning, grey and dull outside.

I am feeling a lot better today. Got the OH mum coming up later. So need to get ready and look human later.

        Have a good day

Nope it's not!! It's pouring, I'm cold, tired and sat down with a cuppa and a slice of toast. Dog comes in demanding attention put the toast on the back of the couch and yes, you've guessed it, over it goes spreading butter all the way down the wall! I pull the couch out to get the toast only to discover when I push it back that the protective pad has come off the leg and there is now a huge gouge out of my wooden floor!! (And it's a dark floor)

Think I'll go back to bed!

            Hibou update-
just come back from the vets and there were lots of grinning faces when they saw how much improved she is!!!
Main thing now is to try and save her eye so we came away with half the pharmacy in a bag!!!

It was lovely to see how she had made everyone's day!

I had two cats and we had to have one of them put to sleep earlier in the year as he was so badly mauled by a fox.

                      • Fab news about Hibou, Nicos! Sounds so much like our experiences with Pippi... She had a detached retina, which was causing fluid build up in her eye. She ended up on eye drops for humans with glaucoma, which saved the eye, although the sight loss was inevitable.

Keep up the good work, Hibou!

Grey and dull here. Itching to get on the plot and mark out one of the new paths, but work calls.... Bah.

BM - I was in short trousers when I was his age but there are advantages I don't feel guilty watching them work when they are in long trousers - means I can get them to cut the grass and now wash the windows
