  • Morning all

As you say Flo, the clocks fall back next weekend. Gone 7 and still dark!

Nothing planned for today but sure OH will find something that needs doing. Enjoy your Friday all.

Busy day today. Mucking out ( throwing out old, broken, never going to be any use to man nor beast and rubbish) one of our sheds. So we have space for the car full of stuff we acquired yesterday . I really must go and amend my post in the hoarding thread.
Then sorting out fishing gear and going to dig some lug ready for tomorrows fishing competition
      Have a good day everyone

        • Morning everyone. I didn't realize we were near clock going back time. Don't know where the time goes.

Off to pick up a polytunnel for my sister this morning as they've just been allowed to put them on their allotments. She liked mine so is getting the same. I don't mind another trip to the garden centre this week - more cake and coffee is not a bad thing :

          Have a good day everyone
LOVE growing food to eat in my little town back garden. Winter update: currently growing overwintering onions, carrots, lettuce, chard, salad leaves, kale, cabbage, radish, beetroot, garlic, broccoli raab, some herbs.

                  • Morning all - spent a couple of hours on the allotment yesterday tidying up - still a bit more to do. Site strimmer was acting up - someone had put it together wrongly and it was spewing out wire until it emptied but it is now working fine

Thought you meant jigsaw puzzle until I clicked the link to discover it wasn't a lovely view of a park but a power tool!!

                        • Morning All. Luvly and warm here until about 9, really calm and peaceful.
Turned a bit cooler after 9 - as I rushed out of bed having realised the time
Maybe that late night slice of toast made me sleep so heavily
Every one happy and ready for the weekend?

                          • Morning all, or nearly afternoon.

Chilly and overcast here, dogs are loving it running up and down the garden like crazy things.

Had such a wonderful lie in this morning but feel very lazy now.
I hate the clocks changing at this time, i would rather it be darker in the mornings. Though it is a lot better here i remember walking back from school in the dark. Worst case here it is 6 o´clock. I guess spring is just around the corner now, always goes so quickly.

                            Have a nice day everyone.

                            • Mid morning all. Running late this morning. Neighbours insidted we go to theirs for a long promised get to gether.
Result,,,,, bed at 2.30 so we overslept. Playing catch-up.
                              But.....another beautiful sunny mornig again.
We have been blessed with the weather in the last few weeks.

And when your back stops aching,
And your hands begin to harden.
You will find yourself a partner,
In the glory of the garden.
