Right folks. Hernia repair done yesterday and home today although my surgeon did give me the option of staying in another night
Officially yesterday moving from my bed in the recovery room to my bed in the overnight ward the most painful experience of my life. I may write more on that in the future but too fresh in my memory. Anyway, no driving annd no lifting.

I forsee being on the vine a lot if someone will lift my lappie onto my lap for me

Staying in another night not really an option as you just cannot get any rest in hospital
