comfrey

I've been to a couple of garden centres and online looking for comfrey, I didnt know if maybe it would be in seed or plant form. Has anyone any ideas where I can get it from.

It seems difficult to get. Thanks

Not hard to get at all....you want sterile plants (bocking 14) not the seeding variety which will totally invade your garden. Have a search thru previous threads, there's been lots of discussion on Comfrey. Good luck!

Although it's not difficult to source online, I've been to loads of garden centres asking if they sell Comfrey. I usually just get blank stares!
Q. Is comfrey a herb or a shrub?

Apparently its a wild herb! I cant get hold of it at all

there's one on eBay at the mo....probably a bit late in the season to be buying it now (mine are growing fast, about 6 inches a day with all this rain)
