The two protagonists are Aliens. They are sentient beings who travel around the universe cataloging other sentient species, and establishing contact with them. The Aliens are not made of meat, and moreover, they have never encountered andy sentient species previously that is made out of meat. When they investigate humanity, they decide not to proceed with any future relationship because they determine that humans are made of meat; a fact which they find completely abhorrent and repulsive.

There's nothing nasty involved in the video Jay, it's pretty much as Starling says above, but the really strange thing is that both the aliens are smoking cigarettes in a cafe so I guess they are also traveling back in time
