Thanks everyone for all the birthday wishes; I had a great day with the family.

Sorry I have not been on for ages, but have been really busy in work and over the Summer with various things. The Summer has flown by tho
I did manage to complete a few tough cycle events during the summer too including a 180k and a 160k, which kept me busy too.. Plenty of prep work involved, but felt great completing them.

Will try get on more regularly as I miss you guys.....aw shucks
