  • My new plot :)

    Hi,
Well I went to the new allotment site yesterday, yep in the pouring rain, to see if the guy who sorts the plots our was there and he was.
So I called in again today to see him. I have now acquired plot number 60.
The plot is 24 foot by 48 foot and very, well, weedy. In fact it has a small tree going in it. Its mainly raised bed, I gave them the tyre kicking test, and they seem fine.
So my plan of action is to weed a bed at a time and to chop the tree down.
I would post picture but my phone has died
So going to borrow OH phone and will get some taken.

If I bend down and peer through the gaps I can see my mom brewing up and getting the biscuits out
I am number 60 and they are on number 65.

I think its a non native type. The plot guy suggests I dig it up. Need to get the weeds down first to get through to it first
