So today I got the chance to fulfill one of the items on my bucket list - the chance to feed some fluffy 6mth old highland cow calves that looked like big teddy bears!
I've just set up a blog - have been working it out for a while and it was on this year's challenges list. I am not the most technologically minded and getting it all together and out in the ether feels like a massive achievement. Am going to have a large glass of wine to celebrate.
They're so cute, rhonsal
I don't have a bucket list. All the things I've wanted to do and places to visit, I've done. As you get older, you have to tick your boxes while you're still capable of doing so - and able to remember doing them
I was troop sergeant 4th troop my mate Walter was troop sergeant boot troop. It was along standing arrangement we always invited each others guys to our adventure training weekends.
One night in the mess Walter approached whilst I was deep in conversation with someone, "Just a quickie Potty are you up for adventure weekend?" I automatically said "yes".
Two months later did I find out it was parachute training and it was to late to back out then, the loss of face would have been unbearable.

We hang petty thieves and appoint great ones to public office.
I just take opportunities as they occur, I know some people like to plan things but I'm happier with surprises (don't ever want to be surprised jumping out of a plane though!)
Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.
T'was revenge I supposed, the year before I arrange with a few climbing buddies to take the lads rock climbing. Like the old saying 'what goes round comes round' and he certainly trumped rock climbing.

What's on your bucket list?
They are very cute. We got to look after some of them and lots of other beasties as well as 4 properties while the owners were away. Then we got the chance to visit again when they had there youngsters with them. We took loads of photos.
My list is see the Aurora, have some pigs & geese, own the house we currently live in.
