The PC brigade usually middle class in their late 20s/early 30s who know nothing of the real world but insist on telling ME how to live(don't smoke dont'drink ect)
Relegious zealots(J Ws, Morons ect) who think they have all the answers.
But don't let the PCs & the zealots get together and breed and we will all be b******d.

Totally agree with ya there BW; when me Mam was ill, had JW's at the the door, my sis said 'not now thanks, dying lady in the house' - they said it must be her own fault for not having faith in the Lord.... They were very lucky to get away from the house with the use of all their limbs
I don't have anything against any religion as such (I was brought up a weekly church-goer and would still call myself a Christian), but I am against forcing your views on others.

Oooo, SarzWix - I'd have held your sister's coat! What a dreadful thing to say. The implicaton is of course that they won't die because they have faith. Aren't they on for a shock!

A good percentage of the worlds problems is caused by religous intolerance I dont't care about religon as long as nobody tries to inflict it on me!!
I still think "GOD" in his many guises is merely an invention(& superstious claptrap) to keep us under control.

You're entitled to your opinion BW, I hate hypocrisy in all it's forms and sadly there are people who would call themselves Christians who are full of hypocrisy. That's not God's fault, it's just that people are rubbish sometimes, and I think it's sad when people are put off Christians by having a bad experience like Sarah's.

My other pet hates are being cut up in traffic, rudeness and simple spelling/grammatical errors (sorry, mother was an English teacher).

Quite agree, PF - and when I see people not standing up straight I find myself sticking my shoulders back to 'compensate' somehow! A family friend got married a couple of months ago to a lovely girl, but she STOOPED all through the service - terrible posture - I spent the whole service standing absolutely rigidly to attention!

Also feel like shouting PICK YOUR FEET UP! when I hear peeps dragging....picked that bugbear up from my mum, and it's a sure fire way of getting on her nerves if we're walking round the supermarket...... ....schlep, schlep, schlep, schlep.....

Sarah sorry to hear about your experiences. How awful! My brother in law (who looks like the guys from Zee Zee top) says hes a "devil worshipper" and watches them scarper sharpish from his door step. (Of course he's only kidding, but that with the hair and beard......quite intimidating!) Bernie

When I was in London I shared a house with three other Customs Officers - we used to invite the JW's in, sit with a heap of beer and fags between us, drinking smoking and cussing away, then every time they finished making a statement or expressing their viewpoint, we all said "boll*x" together. They pretty soon gave up and scarpered
