Just wondering whether anyone has guessed the titles of any of these books?

The first one of mine I know can't be found or guessed as it's from a recipe book but was/is genuine which is why I went for the second one. As a matter of curiosity I decided to google it after I'd posted it. Anyone else who does this will find out what book I'm reading at the moment.
