A wee while ago, I binned off Sky. They failed to turn up for an appointment and then tried to say I changed the appointment. To say I was displeased is a tad of an understatement, and some. Anyway,
I had a call from Sky today.
1. They offered to write of £14.05 which is in dispute. Very nice thank you.
2. They offered to reinstate my account free for a whole year with nothing to pay at all.
3. They asked for my bank details to set it up.
4. I said if there will be nothing to pay, there is no need to have my bank details.
5. He said without the Bank details he couldn't do it.
6. I said, no thanks, Gooooooooooodbye.
