Morning all.
It's drizzling here this morning, nothing like the torrential rain that was forecast.
A bit of a lazy Sunday for me today. I just want to sort out one cupboard in the spare room. That shouldn't take long ( famous last words ). Have a good day everyone
I like your new image, Small Pumpkin From BM I think
Morning all. VERY windy here today and, no, I don't need any medication for it LOL! It's out of my control. Sunday, hopefully a slightly lazy one. Got more crocheting to do if I ever want to get all the scarves finished on time.
Have a great day
LOVE growing food to eat in my little town back garden. Winter update: currently growing overwintering onions, carrots, lettuce, chard, salad leaves, kale, cabbage, radish, beetroot, garlic, broccoli raab, some herbs.
Morning all, windy weather here too, but better than all that rain yesterday
Home alone day 2, need to try and cook a dinner for one today, got fish in the freezer so maybe try that.
Got a crochet hook and wool a couple of years ago, still in cupboard. Time for a utube tutorial I think.
Have a lovely Sunday all
Rain has finally abated but the wind is still blowing well. Off to town this morning to get the daughter some new glasses, OH decided we would pay??? She cant choose on her own as without her glasses she is as blind as a bat!
If the weather holds will venture over the allotment and have a mooch around and find something to do.
Good morning,
I chipped a tiny corner off the back of one on my front teeth last night and it is driving me mad, it just does not feel right.
I had the strangest dreams last night, made me think what on earth did i eat
The skies are clearing nicely so might have a little potter in the garden later.
Poor kitty won´t eat or drink and she was dehydrated yesterday, i am defrosting a little chicken to see if she will nibble on that, if not i have to call out the emergency vet and put her onto a drip. So stressful.
Have a nice Sunday x
I grow 70% for us and 30% for the snails, then the neighbours eats them
Good morning all. Dry here and a bit on the windy side but an improvement on yesterday.
off to church and we will decide what to do with the rest of the day after that.
have a good day and stay safe.
And when your back stops aching,
And your hands begin to harden.
You will find yourself a partner,
In the glory of the garden.

I tried to crochet for years with no success - just could not get my head round it. I started watching some tutorials on YouTube a few years back and eventually it clicked. Only thing,is I am now proficient in the American terminology and patterns because I watched US videos and the terminology for UK crochet is different. However, I do think there's more free patterns online written for the American market so I think it worked out better. There are conversion charts for stitches though so either way works. Crochet is very fast. I can knit but nowhere to the same speed.

and good morning from me as well. Horrible drizzle out there today so I won't be going out. Better half came home with my new T5 growlight yesterday and my brother is visiting tomorrow. He doesn't know it yet but he will be taking down my old light and installing the new one . Piece of dawdle mind but this not being allowed to lift anything is starting to get irksome. I just keep telling myself I don't want to have to go through it all again if I undo some of the good work if I'm stupid enough to ignore the advice I was given.

Hope little kitty gets better soon poor little mite.

Bought one of these earlier in the year AP, but haven't really set it up yet... Will have to get working on it, as I have horrifically lost a number of window sills due to a decision finally being made on blinds
I dream of a better tomorrow, where chickens can cross the road and not be questioned about their motives....
Morning all...
Another wet one today, so not much else to do but chill with a nice fire
I suppose I could start packing for my trip to India.. Have to do it sometime...
When are you going Trip?
I have always been fascinated with India and quite envy you.
i have two friends from Kochin, Kerela which is a beautiful part of India, on the Arabian Sea.
i hope you have a great time even though its work related.
oh, by the way, did you have your shots yet.
Enjoy your day by the fire, its actually dry here.
