Just got back from the beach and we are all exhausted, not making dinner just going to have some popcorn and watch a movie.

I can't stand clothes shopping. Apart from jeans, Tshirts, that sort of thing, I haven't bought any "smart" clothes since I stopped work 20 years ago. I dread being asked to anything special, in case my 20+ year old clothes no longer fit!!

To make you laugh, I'll tell you a nickname for auditors!
Seagulls - 'cos they swoop, S*it and fly away leaving someone else to clear up the mess.
I know that 'cos I used to be one - auditor that is, not seagull.

Definitely watch out for seagulls. They don't half make a lot of mess.
LOVE growing food to eat in my little town back garden. Winter update: currently growing overwintering onions, carrots, lettuce, chard, salad leaves, kale, cabbage, radish, beetroot, garlic, broccoli raab, some herbs.
Good evening Folks, an other poor day here, a cold wind and heavy showers, I did see some blue sky but felt it was just too cold to sun bathe, oh dear quite disappointed, did not manage to get to the painting today, may try again tomorrow, I note a post mentioning that the clothes that are bought should be suitable for gardening once they are older, does that mean you are supposed to have them a while before working in the garden with them?! Well I am off to look out some old clothes I can wear when painting, so I wish you all a good night, and for those women who think men are worse than children, remember, man is under no obligation to mature as he grows older. Goodnight
it may be a struggle to reach the top, but once your over the hill your problems start.
Member of the Nutters Club but I think I am just there to make up the numbers
Morning everyone Not the most pleasant way to wake up with hearing the cat being sick at 5:30 in the morning but never mind. Hopefully not some kind of omen for the day ahead! It's Friday though and I love those as it means coffee and cake day at the garden centre.
Have a great day everyone and watch out for the sea gulls!

So a couple of weeks later than intended, work has commenced on my anti-ratty tunnel today.
Dismantling the existing structure was a lot harder than I expected, a lot of stuck screws that no amount of WD-40 would liberate! So a lot of action for my sharp mate Stanley, my hand axe and my...
