And when your back stops aching,
And your hands begin to harden.
You will find yourself a partner,
In the glory of the garden.

Hi, well finally got on line. Had Hans assembly this morning then OH decided re arrange our bedroom. It was going ok until he moved a shelf support strut. He only moved it slightly but the whole lot collapsed so ended up with three shelves worth of stuff on the floor and several holes in the wall.
So once I dropped OH off at work I poly filled the holes up. Looks pretty good for a patch up job. Kids are home now and want to know when tea is ready.
Glad to hear everyone is ok after Abigail has passed now. We had a lot of rain and it was very windy here about 2am ish.
Anyway have a good afternoon everyonesigpic

Yes the weather turned bad today. Had a power cut earlier as well which doesn't often happen. Very cold so I'm lazing under the big sheepskin blanket my sis bought me and enjoying a browse online. Can't be bothered to do much else this evening. Hope everyone's having a good Friday nightLOVE growing food to eat in my little town back garden. Winter update: currently growing overwintering onions, carrots, lettuce, chard, salad leaves, kale, cabbage, radish, beetroot, garlic, broccoli raab, some herbs.

Mr Lisa starts chemo tonight! only was told today so quick turn around, luckily only tablet form and it sounds like it will be ok, we have had lots of good news about his health and everything is looking up. It will be a long 6 months but when its done its done.
Had a lovely sushi lunch out but ordered far too much so brought it home to have for dinner, i will just add a couple if little bits.
Going for a little poke around the rest of the forumI grow 70% for us and 30% for the snails, then the neighbours eats them

Evening all.. sounds positive Lisa..
Hard to believe it's Friday again, but I don't particularly have a problem with it
So time for a warm fire, a movie, some goodies and some red wineI dream of a better tomorrow, where chickens can cross the road and not be questioned about their motives....

I'm a bit frustrated at the moment - loads of stuff to do at the lotty and even more to do on the house, but I;ve had a sore arm for a couple of days and finally got an appointment to see the dr today. I've got a torn muscle in my shoulder apparently, so no work for a few weeks and can't even use the time to catch up on jobsWhat do you get if you divide the circumference of a pumpkin by its diameter?
