Morning everyone. So sad to wake up and read the news about the Paris attacks.
My daughter got confused and thought it was school today so woke us up nice and early. Ah well! Looks grey but hope everyone has a good dayLOVE growing food to eat in my little town back garden. I'm sitting here with a long face.
Better half is away to Edinburgh, well actually Penecuick to the NVS Scottish Branch autumn seminar. She's the Branch membership secretary and has to go as many members pay their subs for next year at that event. I haven't missed one since 2003 but the thought of a three hour journey each way and sitting on my behookie all day somehow didn't have a lot of charm. Still, there is always next year . Main speaker today is talking about growing Blanch leeks for exhibition.
Gonna be a long day as she won't get home till evening but I'll have you lot for company

Good morning all, a dull, drab wet morning here but what does the weather matter in comparison to what is happening in Paris.
have a good day all and stay safe.
And when your back stops aching,
And your hands begin to harden.
You will find yourself a partner,
In the glory of the garden.

Morning all..
Wet and miserable here, won't be anything outdoorsy done today... A day for the papers and tea!I dream of a better tomorrow, where chickens can cross the road and not be questioned about their motives....
...utterly nutterly
