I am a very busy bee this morning, got to go and collect my olive oil from the factory, yay so exciting.
It was so lovely sleeping in my own bed last night, it felt like heaven when i got in, the one we have been on was rock solid and slept badly the whole time we were away.

So wonderfully warm, been having amazing weather. So hopefully if i get back in time i can take some advantage of it. The house is a lot colder inside than out.

My Hibou update...not much change , so need to go back to specialist...fingers crossed peeps.

Kitchen update ....standstill today as we need to concentrate on sorting out boxes of kitchen stuff throughout the house...tis too near Xmas to be sorting boxes and cleaning any longer...good news is that the doors are on the !kea cupboards.

And yep Carrie- do go, I bet you'd love it.

Got in, locked door, trousers down, brolly opens..can't back out and can't reach said trousers down by ankles...
Manage to get it down , turn round and it springs up again -
Finally was pinned to the loo with brolly on my lap, fully open pinning me to the seat....

Talking IKEA and umbrellas, I have one of their children's brollies Its bright yellow, frilled, domed and has two eyeholes in it, so you can pull the brolly down over your head and see where you're going (looking a bit like a duck as you do so).
Trouble is, it doesn't stay up very well. The number of times I've been walking along, and it collapses suddenly, over my head, and I haven't a clue where I'm heading. That makes me collapse in a fit of giggles and when I finally manage to extricate myself from soggy umbrella, passersby are walking hurriedly past, looking the other way.

Morning, I loved your car story VC that was my first laugh of the day, second was about Nicos in the loo
I don't use an umbrella they sort of scare me especially when someone's coming towards me holding it at my head height I'm sure they're going to poke my eyes out with it.

Just spoken with vet- and we're off to Caen tomorrow morning for a review...ongoing isn't it???? Poor lass.

Funny thing is...talking of !kea...it's a 10 minute drive from the vets!!!

Morning all. My thoughts with Jay and her doggie as well and also hoping Hibou gets good news. Bad news being balanced with hilarity of course whith VC and Nicos. I've got a couple of different images in my head now with the pair of them and their antics. The sketch writers for the two Ronnies couldn't have matched either story

Selling a car on fleabay and auction ends later today. Hasn't reached the reserve yet but there are over 2 dozen watchers. Just need to get some of the watchers bidding. I've got everything crossed which is gonna make driving difficult

she's been quietly reading her ipad in bed ( yep- 88 and got her ipad air the day after it came out!!!) thinking it was 6.45 am ( cos her watch has stopped!)...no idea there is a clock , top centre on her ipad!!!!

It's going to be one of those days isn't it????

still- we can go to the shops instead!
