Good morning all, got up to a beautiful orange sky.
Nothing planned for today, but then I said that yesterday didn't I ........
Sons visit went well, they didn't come for lunch, but ate out. They dutifully accepted the package of gammon as they left. It has now all gone, yippee.
Just turkey curry tonight.

Happy belated anniversary Bramble, i hope we make it to 51 years one day, heres to many many more

Lovely bright sunny morning, i am really itching to plant some seeds but away for 2 days beginning of January so want to leave till either they day before or just after. The little tomatoes and peppers plants i planted out 23rd November are still living day and night outside, i am so impressed by them, saves me going in and out every day and they get as much light as is on offer.

Think i will avoid going into town today, i am sure it will be evil considering everything has been close up since mid thursday, my parents will be over later, so lovely having them around, might go for lunch.

Good morning all. I am afraid we are back to a grey day today with rain on the way later.
Nothing planned for today so if I can't get out for a walk it will be an hour on the threadmill after all the calories consumed over the Christmas.

Afternoon All. Dull, drizzly and cold here. I've cleaned the kitchen and the bathroom, despatched the cooked turkey meat to the freezer, bought eldest GGs birthday presents, cleaned the stairs and had a piece of pork pie. I love pork pie I was going to sow some aubergines but I haven't got a round tuit for gardening yet - I'd better start looking for one

Looks like a perfect day to visit the allotment.....not much to do over there but nice to be out in the fresh air.

Might attempt to build a strawberry tower, attempt being the key word.

Morning all,
It´s quite grey here this morning but its lifting and meant to be lovely. I bought a tub of roses chocolates for Mr Lisas oncologist and now we are seeing her i do not know if it is a bit weird to give her a xmas gift, not really just for her but all the staff, do not know what to do. (keep and eat myself ) Have to go to Almeria for his appointment and last time the appointment was at 11am and we finally got called in past 1pm. So horrible sat there waiting, but i shouldn't complain, it could be worse.
Flo don´t forget those aubergines
