There's a lovely cheese shop in Bath I use for special occassions that do delivery but they aren't cheap West Country Feast though you may be better trying in a few local farmshops that are local to you?
For Christmas last year I gave my brother a selection of cheeses in a hamper I made up myself, with crackers and a cheese board (also included chutney and chilli jams etc...and a few beers )

Sounds like a plan because aparently he likes bitters although I have no idea what I would be looking for when it comes to alcohol?!

These are nice cheeses Black Bomber | Snowdonia Cheese Company All sorts of flavours. Postage adds quite a lot to the costs but there may be local stockists.
A friend of my parents do Lincolnshire poacher cheese, wonderful and they keep their dairy cows all free range and grass fed, as it should be. I think the delivery all over.

Batemans ales and stout are great, again Lincolnshire. I have done courses at the brewery and had wonderful days out there. Good old x-b to the strong stuff like victory. So many of those are lovely. Look at their website. yummy i miss a good hand pulled ale.
