A double decker bus would make a fantastic mobile GH, especially if it was open top. You could have veggies on every seat and runner beans climbing the stairs

Good luck to you both on your new homes.
I would never want to move house, too stressful.

I could do with a table and chairs now the kitchen is bigger - thank you for the free cycle groups there will be no more plate balancing on my knees.

The workshop looks like you are going to have LOTS of fun - enjoy.

Lumpy, did you have the table and chairs from Skeggijon's workshop? He seems to have enough to run a restaurant

We were left several pieces of furniture, including a pile of chairs, plus a glass topped cast iron table with chairs if you're interested Lumpy

Thanks for the offer SJ but OH is as I type collecting a small table and 4 chairs (solid oak) from a nice lady called Lorna in Bardney.

I am sure if you put the stuff you don't want on the 'for free' groups they would be snapped up and you won't have the problem of transporting them.

Everyone else seems to be wanting to claim it at the moment - one of OH's business partners wants to keep her caravan in it, a relative wants to store their sports car in it (might let him rent one of the garages lol) and step nephew wants to turn it into a gym.
If I'm lucky I'll have enough space for a workbench, plus I've got my new grow lights on test in a corner.
One of the guys at the allotments told me he bought his tractor from here. The people that owned it a few years ago used to renovate and sell tractors from the workshop. He said when he bought his, there were two other tractors in there as well and probably room for another one!
