LOVE growing food to eat in my little town back garden. Winter update: currently growing overwintering onions, carrots, lettuce, chard, salad leaves, kale, cabbage, radish, beetroot, garlic, broccoli raab, some herbs.

Eating salmon again for dinner. The GG told me what she would like, didn't have the heart to say no.
So that's two nights on the trot for me.

Finally introduced the new ladies to the gang, they are confident now and do not mind us that much so i chased them around their pen and took in 2 at a time, i was awaiting a blood bath but my old ladies did not care one bit, the new ones walked about picking up bugs and seeming as though they were having the time of their life (i bet it was) after about an hour we decided they all had to meet so gathered them together none seemed bothered by each other, so i left them to it, just went out now and they are all hanging around together happy hens. I was worried about nothing. Lets hope it stays like that.
I grow 70% for us and 30% for the snails, then the neighbours eats them
