OK UN-STUCK! It was backwards.



Looks dead, took a few seconds upside down and a rub followed by some atttention from mum, it's up suckling now.

Here's number one this am immediately after birth. She was also backwards so a bit breathless when she arrived.



Couldn't quite hold itself up so dragged itself to the bar! (Know that feeling.)



I'll be back out looking for number three in a mo.

A few others - all a bit older than the above.

One week old and very independent as long as mum's in view.



As for the younger ones....
Some like a grass bed

Some think mole hills make the perfect pillow

Some don't have a care in the world

And some are quite worried by it all (especially the bit where the nice hot lamp in the sky disappears and it gets cold)

Lambs and sunshine.

Young lambs, no feeling quite like helping new life arrive, even if it is a mucky task...............

Todays weather, yes I know it can't last but warm sun at last............

Long day at the allotment today. Hard physical work. I'm absolutely cream crackered. Just commented to my husband "I'd be happy if I could find a bit of me that doesn't ache".

Yes I've decided I'm only in pain from the neck down.

The beautiful weather, it feels like summer and smells like holidays putting suncream on my cheeks and shoulders

Now, every Easter I get 2 eggs - a bit sneaky actually as I don't like chocolate so they get munched by the OH and son who bought them in the first place but...................
