Morning all. Up early as for some reason my stomach has decided it doesn't like me. So I have been up and about since 6am. Has calmed down a bit now thankfully.
Cuppa anyone?
Glad your feeling a bit better NV.
Ive been up since silly oclock, took the boys out and the stupid water tank is leaking, so i have been messing around with that for ages and its freezing and there was water everywhere, the water is so hard the calcium builds up so quickly and their is a ballcock thing that stops it overflowing, given that a bit of a bang that normally sorts it out Sunday mornings are meant for sleeping in and be lazy but noooooo.
I never got around to planting any seeds yesterday so i must do that today need to get my potatoes in but is so cold and meant to warm up next week so easy to push the jobs to the bottom of the pile to suit yourself
Have a lovely day x
I grow 70% for us and 30% for the snails, then the neighbours eats them
Suffering a few aches and pains this morning, might have something to do with being a human climbing frame when the grandkids were round yesterday or trying to remove that stubborn stump!
Either way I shall be renewing my stump removal later
Morning everyone Lovely day today by the looks of it so getting ready to get out in the garden. Hope everyone has a good day.
LOVE growing food to eat in my little town back garden. Winter update: currently growing overwintering onions, carrots, lettuce, chard, salad leaves, kale, cabbage, radish, beetroot, garlic, broccoli raab, some herbs.
This morning I've mostly been having breakfast in bed ...followed by phoning/ texting friends and family to touch base with them.
Seed sorting later as I need to clear the dining table as we have peeps coming over for roast pork and crackling later!
Thought we'd try this.... Roast pork leg | Jamie Oliver

Morning all'n'all from yet another miserable wet Nestland. No doubt in venturing out today so will stay indoors.....................Lisa, once the water level in the tank goes down, I would be tempted to take out the ballcock & give it a good clean & lubrication.
Have a good day everyone & don't overdo it.

Good morning all. Another wet day here, just like the one we had yesterday.
Going to sort my seeds out today.
This will be the hard part as I am limited on space and must be strict.
Last year I went over the top with tomatoes so mus'nt do the same this year.
And when your back stops aching,
And your hands begin to harden.
You will find yourself a partner,
In the glory of the garden.
Won't be on here much today. I am working this afternoon till late and then will be going bed when I come home coz I have to be up early the next day to do a 12 1/2 hour shift at work.
