Lovely day here so put the washing on the line. Was just sorting it all out when I found a dozy bumble bee. In my bra!!! Could have been interesting if it had got as far as the airing cupboard, or my body!Comment

You'll have me checking all my undies now, Wendy, before bringing them in off the line. Nice you saw a bee though. Not seen any yet although I have seen loads of ladybirds in the garden. More than what I saw all last summer I think!
Anyway, de-stressing with a cuppa tea. Had a lot on this week and feel like I can breathe for a bit. Managed to get my snowdrops planted yesterday just before it started chucking it down with rain. The weather forecast now looks bleak for the next week and cold so glad I got those done.

LOVE growing food to eat in my little town back garden. Winter update: currently growing overwintering onions, carrots, lettuce, chard, salad leaves, kale, cabbage, radish, beetroot, garlic, broccoli raab, some herbs.Comment

Have you missed me? My computer decided it needed to update itself - and it took nearly 2 hours
If I'd known it would be that long I'd have left it for overnight.
So be warned, a Win10 update takes for ever - it does seem to have fixed a few missing app thingies though.

Good evening Folks, it was actualy a nice day here, quite pleasant and decided to plant some early tatties, I had to take OH shopping at Morrisons, so while there a got a couple of autumn rasps and a loganberry bush, I actualy got the for nothing as if I can get them into the shopping trolly they get paid for as if by magic, I will need to find out how the loganberry is grown I hope its similar to autumn rasps.I have spent a bit of time trying to find a digistat on its own as I have a scr thing, and all I can find is on ebay, and I just dont buy from there. So I wish you all a good night, and I am off to try again I think its time I learned how to work this computer. goodnightit may be a struggle to reach the top, but once your over the hill your problems start.

Thanks BM & BB I have tried both those places but I need a programable wireless digicontroller without the SCR? box and they dont sell one without the other, and the only place I have found them sold seperatly is ebay and I dont buy from thereit may be a struggle to reach the top, but once your over the hill your problems start.

Happy Friday everyone. One of those here, there and everywhere days today.
Have got an important job to do today though and that's fill out a job application form. I hate filling them out especially the say us a bit more about my self section. Cant put 'Vine Nutter' on or so my OH says.

good morning Folks, up since 5. doing a bit of reading and thought I would pop in for a browse, and now need to go and prepair for G.C. coming, I wonder if its too early for a drink, to steady the nerves, no OH has prepaired one, its hard to beat a cup of tea first thing in the morning

Morning All
Bit of a dip in the temperature overnight but at least it's dry....off to Sittingbourne today to do a favour for an old client....won't take long and no doubt we shall spend a while putting the world to rights. Shall take my gyo mag with me to read on the train.

Morning, thought it was eight o clock and got up all guns blazing, (work day) then found out it was only seven o clock and I have time to relax and read The Vine.
I wimped out and, armed with a torch, brought the new strawberry plants in for the night. They look in such lovely condition it would be a shame to let the frost get them.
All the plants in Lids looked in great condition, shrubs, trees etc.
