Lovely sunny morning here.

Just got a pile of washing up to do now after a really fun evening.
One of the 'lads' had lost his mom a few months ago and he gave me a huge hug as he left ( it was his first Mother's Day without his mom ) apparently he'd been really sad all day and the fact that we'd raised our glasses to her really touched him.

Gardening day for me today as the rains are due tomorrow.

Morning all - waiting in for the windscreen repairman. Glorious sunshine, clear blue skies and the frost retreating quickly. May have to change my plans and do some gardening after the car is done! Yay! Had a lovely day yesterday with my boys. Still so much to be grateful for.

Delightful morning, clear blue skies, bird song and being able to notice the warmth of the sun now it's a little higher.

Been watching a little wren fly in and out of a pile of old terracotta flower pots and a blackbird collecting bits for nest building.... Has Spring finally sprung?

Morning all

Nice day here today and we had a pleasant day yesterday too..
Did all my Mother’s Day duties yesterday including making a roast chicken dinner...
Among all that I managed to get out for a spin on the bike and got 56km in...Was tired after it for some reason, maybe the wine on Saturday night didn’t help me

Busy week ahead including a wedding on Wednesday...

Made the soup - the carrot and coriander is lovely, the chicken went down the loo - I forgot to put the thingumajig in the soup maker so it ground up all the chunks - awful consistency. Haven't done the ironing, but did the sowing and some weeding. Meatloaf Nah, not the meal, the band. I'm calling it two out of three anyway. Sun is still shining, but I'm whacked, so no more for me today, I deserve some more chill time before work tomorrow. Hope you've all had a good day.

Evening grapes!

A rare day off today, the car was due a cambelt, although only 39k miles on it, needs must and when I saw the perished, cracked old one.. thankful I got it done now!

The. Off to help my dad chainsaw 6 wheelbarrow loads of wood, that should keep him warn until spring!

Home now, maybe a little sowing after tea...
