Why am I not asleep? I have to get up at 5am!

Morning all
I'm up and showered already. Ready to catch my train home. It's always a little bit sad leaving grandad, but it's so exciting to be going home. Wish me luck. I have a feeling it's going to be very busy and not running as smoothly as it should. With it being good Friday and me having no faith in the train service.
Hope everyone has much more fun than me today. For those who can't have fun, take care of yourselves.

Hope the train service goes better than you expect Small Pumpkin. I remember the days of having to catch trains from home back to uni on a Sunday and it was hours of waiting at stations with nothing to do between connections - that was years ago so hopefully things have moved on a lot since then!

Morning everyone and Good Friday - well I hope it is a "Good" Friday. I'm still clinging on to this wretched cough which is driving me and OH half mad. Other than that and a throat that feels like sandpaper, I'm not too bad. Good excuse to eat lots of ice cream maybe

It does look lovely and sunny out so happy about that for sure.

I thought you'd been painting in the garden and on a container Marie and then I realised it was planting. Doh - it's been a long day. PJ time methinks.

That's probably because AP has been doing an awful lot of painting

Have to admit also when I browse Vine on a tablet - it's so easy to click on things I don't mean to click on. Probably I have fat finger syndrome or something but it's easier to visit on the computer where I'm less at risk of touching something I shouldn't!

Morning all, there's a threat of sun, so washing is in the machine
There is a good chance that our new strawberry plants will be planted today
Noticed that some of my chitting spuds have gone green, can I still use them?
Few housework chores for me as well, will check in later

Had a hectic day yesterday, so wasn't around much.
Got shopping in for the weekend, finished preparing for a gite, went out for the evening...got back at silly o'clock .
Just waiting for peeps to check out of the other gite before getting stuck into preparing that for tomorrow.
Not much of a holiday here!( having said that, it's not a BH here- just Monday)

AP...like those ideas...what have you decided on?

Sun is out here, although it's still cool ...
Got my lovely big son and future DIL settled into their new house yesterday, back there again today putting up curtain poles/curtains, pictures, plumbing in washing machine etc etc etc ... so no chance of getting me hands on any gardening equipment today!!! It'll have to keep!
So whatever the weather throws at you, have a good one!

Morning all. The sun is out, the sky is blue, there are some clouds to spoil the view ... but it's not raining on my plot (apologies to Buddy Holly). Load of washing in, had my breakfast, caught up on email and social media, time to flick a feather duster and whizz round with the vacuum cleaner. Off to the allotment later to plant potatoes and fork over the last two beds. Have to make the most of it as the rest of the weekend is supposed to be dreadful Have a good Good Friday, whatever you are doing.

Good morning, good friday, today is gonna be twice as good as normal

Air direction controls all working properly, now just gotta put all the trim panels back on & in vest in more sticky plasters to patch up the missing sking from fingers,hands/wrists

Good morning and a very good friday for eating chocolate. I did not buy any so i cannot be fooled into eating any
it is a beautiful day, i sat in the GH with a cup of tea this morning just thinking how beautiful the weather and everything is, no i have not taken anything
I am going to take my crate of seeds outside and play with them on the terrace and maybe decide to plant some in my newly ploughed plot
