Morning all im in a rush this morning taking son#2 to Orchestra practice but it's looking beautiful out there Though thankfully I'm a godly mum (take note Susie) my toms were brought in last night as there's a good frost on the lawn.
It's a lovely sunny day so after I've dealt with some insurancy stuff, cleared the kitchen of the chaos my baking made last night and put some washing in the machine, I'm going to plant the vines I bought yesterday, unearth the propagators from under the woodpile and plant some seeds and try and clear a bit more of said woodpile so that eventually I can put up a greenhouse.

Morning another frosty start but the garden did look pretty and sparkly suns burnt it all away now though, I've been out enjoying the sunshine in my GH
Morning all
Such a windy day, i cringe every time the house gets a good blast.
Meant to be outside today doing lots of jobs but might just hide out in the greenhouse and do bits in there, the house needs cleaning so badly but i keep avoiding it, so i guess today is as good as any! P.s Nicos throw away that iron, i did many years ago and never looked back.
Have a nice day x
I grow 70% for us and 30% for the snails, then the neighbours eats them
An absolutely beautiful day here today. Went out for my usual walk this morning and couldnt help thinking how lucky I am to live in this particular area.
I have a huge park on my doorstep with several football and hurling pitches, a tennis court, a pitch and putt course, a remote control track where people come to race their cars, childrens playground and a coffee dhop.
On the other side of the park is the beach and a nature reserve and in the background is the Dublin mountains. Do we take our area for granted?
And when your back stops aching,
And your hands begin to harden.
You will find yourself a partner,
In the glory of the garden.
Mornin n'all n'all n'NG : ( I see you are up early too! )
Woken up by Hibou demanding more food and now listening to the birds singing, the church bells a few minutes ago , the dawn breaking, and the promise of at least 3 days of dry and warmish weather ahead!
Perfect long weekend!
Today I shall mostly be outside...Yey!
