Well the numbers were right, if the wrong order, and if it's for that one Scarlet could walk up with it there is plenty of time , and save delivery charges
it may be a struggle to reach the top, but once your over the hill your problems start.

When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it.
If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant.

          • Morning! We've a centimetre of snow. Cats seem reluctant to venture outside. They've never seen it before, even though they are nearly three.

            • We only have a skiffle of snow but it's blummin cold, about -7 if my app thingy is right. Both dogs go out the back door, round to the front of the house then pull me up the path to the front door as if I'm mad for even contemplating a walk...

              • Morning all,
It was cold one last night think maybe the coldest of the winter.
Just a fly in visit far too much to do today.

                Have a good Sunday xx

                • Morning all - more snow last night and it's still coming down now, but not heavily. It all looks very pretty - a trail of paw prints across the gardens and drives where the cats have been out to explore. I will have to get dressed in a bit and 'brave the conditions' to go and get Sunday papers. Nothing else important to do today . Hope your day is as satisfying.

                  • Morning we've got a couple of inches of snow not been out the back door yet it seems a shame to tread on the pretty looking snow.
                    Stay safe if you're driving.

                      • Odd sort of day today. No sner yet but weather forecast says we should have a smattering this afternoon.

i need to go down to the shed and retrieve more kitchen stuff that is temporarily stored there. I also need to saw up some more wood for the fire as it's definitely cold in the lounge.

Today feels odd because it's my 50th wedding anniversary, or would be if I hadn't divorced him. It's also the 25th anniversary of the day I decided to divorce him. I don't hate him and I wish he'd talk to me. I'm not sure what will happen when our children decide to get married (in the case of one it would be again). Any events we've both turned up to he's either arranged for me to be asked to leave or he's left himself.

Perhaps I'll take myself off to the local and drown my sorrows, or at least take my mind off it.

Right, time to put me wellies and Barbour on and get outside.

                          • Morning All from Foggy South Wales. Somewhere, out there in the mist, there are "men" with giant chainsaws. Eerie thuds as branches fall from above. I believe its called "heavy pruning"
Ted is on watch today, making "oofing" noises at these ghostly figures, Spud's stomach is rumbling and Mary is snoring. Meanwhile, next door's cockerel is cockerelling. Its just another peaceful Sunday morning

Today is my grandmother's birthday! Call me a cheapskate, if you like but I haven't sent her a card. Couldn't find one for 126.

                            Have a great day everyone
