Proper winters morning today, - 4.4 in the garden and everything covered in frost. Those of you venturing out to work etc. Be mindful of black ice.

Yesterday's Pilates was really demanding...we used balls for the first time and I'm really aching this morning. Feels good though!

Minus 4 in the granite city this morning and her Ladyship's car was like an icicle.

I've done my duty though. .

Replaced my grinding brake pad yesterday. Took Fleming hours and have the other side to do today. Hope it stays dry.

Morning all. I would love a cuppa to warm myself up.
Have had to defrost the inside of the car to take OH to work, had covered it up over night as well. It has re frozen again so just walked kids up to school.
Roads and pavements are quite slippery here.
Got to go and see my mom and dad this morning then back to sort some seeds out.

I have to go and put my b**bs in the machine on Thursday, to have their pictures taken. The are things I'd rather spend my time doing, but hey-ho. At least after my hysterectomy, I no longer have to have that other undignified test done any more, which I don't miss!

Anyway, congrats again, must be a huge relief.

morning all,been a good frost here by the looks of things,just listening to the traffic going by,whilst in duvet land,i thought it had snowed again,funny how the weather changes sounds,in the younger days,we were not bothered so much about the weather,just wrapped up,and brolly,then braced it,no cars,or shops open all hours,a bus or cycle into work,being retired does have some benefits these days,just be safe all,
