Prevening All It hasn't been light all day and now it's going dark for nightfall! It's also been raining all day. I've been baking turkey pies for most of it.
Sorry to hear about your cat Martin x

Well it turned out to be a lovely day here.
Planted my Monkey Nuts and my Ginger today.
          Sowed 18 Kelsae onion seeds.
Brought ou the propagator for the first time this year and they are all inside now.
Finished all that and decided to take down the tree and decorations. That job is done, house hoovered and polished and all is back to normal.

And when your back stops aching,
And your hands begin to harden.
You will find yourself a partner,
In the glory of the garden.

            Good for you Bramble.
my task was the kitchen today.
Sorted out cupboards and still hardly threw anything away. I obviously use all my bits and bobs.
Gave it all a good clean, and the lounge as well.
I am liking the apres Christmas look, soooo uncluttered
Jacket potatoes and a recorded Mrs Brown to look forward to
            Have a great evening all

So sorry for your loss Martin. They become such a big part of your life.
Spent the day sowing seeds to put in my new Geopod Propagator - More Kelsae Onions, Peanuts, and a few lettuce radishes and spring onions, which I'm hoping to grow and crop direct from the Geopod.
What do you get if you divide the circumference of a pumpkin by its diameter?
                  Pumpkin pi.

Out of interest, just had a look at last year's GR thread. It extended to 180 pages with 1438 posts. This year looks like being pretty much on a par with 174 pages and 1387 posts as I type. Mind you last year, there was another thread going about puppies which had an extraordinary following.

Will we exceed last years figures. ? Answers on a pc

p.s. the previous year it was 214 pages with 1705 posts. Must have been cold out or summat .

In Jan 2014 and 2015, The Gr closed on 5th January but thankfully wasn't blown up as happened on a previous occasion.
