I took both my 2 kiddies out all the time and I'm about the stressy the person I know!

Good morning all, frost here this morning, will have to scrape the windscreen, wonder if I could get OH to do it There would be a better chance of the garage being cleaned out than that, and at the moment that's not going to happen well better go and get the kids to school, so have a good day everyone

Is it just me that turns the car on for 10minutes before I get in it? my car was toasty this morning

Nicos, I needed a paper bag to blow in when we got out of the car I'm taking no2 son out tonight

I used to take my kids onto a local housing estate and practice gear changing, 3 point turns, reversing round corners, parking, stopping etc until I felt confident that they could then cope with manoeuvring the car whilst worrying/ concentrating on what other peeps were/ could be up to.
Talking through potential hazards in a very low hazard area too once they got the hang of the mechanics/ car width, length.
And yup...still came out like a wibbly jelly after each occasion!

Morning all, been up since 5am due to dogs and son texting from Vancouver...just to let me know he had arrived ok from San Diego! Could it not have waited till later. Then again as OH says...'switch your phone off'. Don't like doing that in case of emergencies.
Very cold this morning -2 and frosty which is the first for a long while. Much prefer that to the wind and rain.
AP, hope all is well with you and your neighbours! Looks bad on TV.

Good morning all. Dry here and the sun is shining.
Hope all those people in Aberdeen are coping with the awful situation.
The whole middle of Ireland is under water as well due to problems with the river Shannon and some farmers are loosing their livestock because of it.It must be horrendous to have water come into your home.
Hang in there Scarlet, they will get the hang of it eventually..

Very kind of you AP, glad the police came out and helped
Good luck tonight Scarlet, i remember my mum used to scream when taking me out i ended up refusing to go with her, i honestly was not that bad, so dad took me and i remember him falling asleep next to me and i kept getting lost

We had wonderful news yesterday, when they did the last surgery they took out 54 scary polyps along with the massive tumour, we was very much expecting there to be many many more and he would have to have the rest of the bowl out but there are only 10 micro polyps, nothing to hopefully worry about and all they need is to be checked often to make sure more do not grow and they stay as micros!!
Such a relief a long time coming

Lovely day here and no wind yay, i have a few things to plant out as yellowing cabbages my neighbour gave me but then going to spend the day with my parents as they go home tomorrow
