Maybe first up again....but kindly puts best frock aside for Flo today
I had hoped to have a bit of a longer sleep as we took my car in for mega work just before the garage closed last night instead of getting it there for 8 am this morning.
Looks like the person ( I point no fingers) who set the alarm to get up early forgot to turn it off once we had a change of plan.
Said person has slept through the alarm...but I did not!
Ah well...not complaining
Had a brill swim yesterday...the sun was shining through the glass wall and was actually hot! Very uplifting.
Not sure yet about today's plans.
The car won't be ready until tomorrow so looks like it'll be something domestic!
I actually fancy seed sorting...always a pleasant way to constructively pass the time eh?

very exhausted today for some reason my brain wanted to up and wide awake at 3 o´clock this morning, but my body was dead and achy, i have been up since that time and now my brain wants to sleep i have to drag myself out
Keep safe in that frost everyone
I grow 70% for us and 30% for the snails, then the neighbours eats them
Morning all. Yet another cold start here. Had to deice the car 4 times yesterday.
Have no idea what I am doing today but I do have one job that's a must do and that is repot my seedlings/plants on BM Monkey Nut Challenge. The roots have already started to appear at the bottom of the pots already.
Have a warm day everyone
Thick frost here too Bren.
Glad we didn't have to drop the car off at the garage this am...defrosting 2 cars at 7am is no fun, then driving down pitch black country lanes black ice n'all at -4C isn't my idea of a good start to the day.
The sun has just come up over the hill and the frost on the grass is all glistening and glowing orange/pink.
The trees are twinkling like Xmas lights.
Ever so pretty.
Nice to be able to stop, look and enjoy Nature isn't it?

Isn´t it just, i absolutely love gazing out into the countryside and nature. I feel most at ease when i am outside relaxing.
What i find incredible sometimes is when you get so busy in work and normal life and you forget to actually look, i mean really look, at your surroundings and i do this some times and feel completely in awe, i forget to appreciate it sometimes

Morning all, cold and frosty here as well.
There must be something in the air, I keep waking up at silly o'clock too
Might have to go into work later, if the Gawjus 93 yr old isn't coming in, so that means I have to get a wriggle on and get down to Lids this morning.
Lumpy - I am going to PM you in a minute, just for advice
Have a great day folks

Good morning all. An absolutely miserable morning here. Grey, wet, windy and so dark.
Back to normality today after my lovely break with DD, so out with the paint brushes again.
Have a good day all.
And when your back stops aching,
And your hands begin to harden.
You will find yourself a partner,
In the glory of the garden.
Morning all, just wanted to say a quick hello as not been around much of late.
busy extending my greenhouse and back hurts like hell en by the time i finish lol so cant be bothered to even read half the time , grumpy old sod as i am
Good morning from No Frosty South Wales. Feeling "barmy" again at 5.8 but its raining. Can't win 'em all.
Don't think I'm be moving many logs around in this. I'm not moving the biggies , just the small logs that are fire-sized. There seem to be mounds of logs everywhere, yesterday morning the logs were frozen together, today they'll be damp and clammy.
Maybe I'll do some shopping instead and hope it dries up later.
Have a good day everyone
