Still not found out where the snoring noise is coming from, but do wish OH would just shake me to let me know she hears it, my ribs are black and blue from getting an elbow in the side to tell me that she hears it again. Going for my tea now then out to a meeting, may be back on later. Have a good evening all.

Well I'm a bit late clocking in today but been busy busy. Painted the brickwork at the front of the house. Settled on "soft heather"but at the moment it looks very grey. Took absolutely for ever - bit like painting a central heating area I suppose, so many edges and surfaces to cover. Rain came on just as I was finishing so hope it doesn't wash my paint off the wall.

Evening all
Well I made it to Rhyl eventually. 14 1/2 hours of hell. Cold trains, late trains, missed connections, extra changes. AND THEN ! No trains!!! All trains got stopped going to north wales coastal areas because of a fatality further up the track.
I'm a bit of a space cadet today!

OH had to go to work very early this morning but looks like he's coming down with something.
He hardly ever complains but actually looks pretty rubbish...early flu perhaps????

Anyway- wild horses wouldn't keep him away from work so I decided I'd be his designated driver for the day ( he's off now anyway until Monday)

so up at silly o'clock...chauffeur for the day ... quick bit of shopping when I could ( nb- chinese New Year and Pancake Day coming up ) quick siesta et Voila...here I am!
Woodfire lit...hubby tucked up in bed ...suppose I'd best crack on with 'stuff' I was going to do today!

Just got the date for my Illiosteme reversal, 24th of feb.
After 3 years on the waiting list ( yep ) emmotions are pretty weird lol, cant wait but an opp is scary as im a wuss

Hope it goes well for you Jack. A wee bit of discomfort to come after the op but a few weeks and you should be good as new. I had a tummy op last year and was in a fair bit of trepidation beforehand but to be honest, the worst thing afterwards was realising the anaesthetic had scrambled my brains for a while. I'm ok now though. At least I think I am

A sleepless night after a very sad day yesterday. Mum died peacefully in hospital, after six months of failing health.
