Marie, really nice to see you back on the vine. One moment you were there and then you were gone. Sorry to hear about your friend and that you've had a bad spell as a result. With the nonsense that goes on in the vine you will hopefully get a bit of a diversion from real life

Yes In hindsight I'd have been far better sticking around at least for some moral support and to take my mind off things.

Thank gawd BigMally thought to contact me because I've done too much wallowing (doesn't suit me) and that friendly Gorilla prod was just what I needed. Today, I feel way brighter than I have in a long time. Getting some normality back feels great.

Small kindnesses can mean the world to people who are feeling down. The support on this forum is amazing. Thank you - everyone.

Thats all right so. Me and OH actually saw The Beatles in Dublin in 1963.... I think thats the right year. They played in The Adelphi Cinema in Dublin.

Morning everyone. I got myself out of bed early to top up the bird food this morning. Very windy outside - hope everyone stays safe out there.

Loads of jobs to do that I've put off for ages. No more procrastinating.

@Lottie @Nicos Sometimes when things go wrong, they just seem to snowball and one bad thing after another in a short space of time is super hard to deal with. Keep trying to focus on anything positive and don't let that evil little #!%$# bleeeeep win
