Brill news Carrie...very chuffed for you.
OH went out earlier to pull a leek for the Chinese meal in place of spring onions ...and had a peek under the plastic cloche where the peppers and chilli plants had been forgotten about after taking the crop.
You'd never guess...he was expecting to see 11 dead plants but ended up bringing in 9 decent sized chillies !!!!!!
Unless we have a very cold snap it looks like they may actually overwinter outdoors!!!!! ( famous last words eh???

Just made my first loaf in the Breadmaker. Flippin lovely, nearly half gone.
Hubby had home made bread with home made strawberry jam - strawberries were home grown as well.
I forget that I might not be growing much yet, but last years stuff is in the fridge.
Bet I make another one tomorrow ......Nannys make memoriesComment

I skin them, then fillet.
