Doesn't feel like it at this precise moment, BB - I clearly did not head the Coach's instructions about keeping my shoulders relaxed - I'm stiff as a board now, and moving like Herman Munster.

Hey ho - biscuits just out the oven, glass of wine on the go and off to the pub shortly, so no complaints about the day here.

Mind you, I suspect I will sleep well tonight - don't let me at the ball of string, will you?

Wispa Banana Bread
Blackcurrant Bakewell (made from homemade preserve)

Time for a well deserved glass of red...well I think I deserve it anyway
So too do the kids judging by the disappearance rate of the goodies

You two need to live a bit closer together - how are we supposed to get from Nicos' over to Trip's before the kids polish off the treats??

A fun filled day at work..
Actually it was, and time and a half..

My elephant garlic was delivered and promptly planted in pots..just for a bit until the bed gets sorted!

Also, weighed in at 17.10... So that's 23lbs since January 1st. Considering I wasn't that good this week..I'll take that!

..finally..I'm well informed that I haven't bought any flowers for Valentine's day since the year after we got together.. 2005 to be precise, which she was! Lol.

My OH is away on a hen weekend, and arrives home tomorrow...I am meeting a friend for a few pints tomorrow night, and am not sure she is aware of that, but hey ho . I will cook dinner tho...

To be honest, neither of us are that pushed on the whole Valentine's Day thing...
Too commercial, so I doubt she will be overly upset

Well, we might be on a bit of a 'novelty' theme from here - I'll go with 'Macarena', whose vid features the brains behind the song (2 middle aged Spanish blokes) and a number skinny girls of various ethnicity.

The song is catchy, mind.

Well that leads us to a number of 'novelty' numbers, the best of which I think is this jobbie from Lou Bega........

......and best remembered, I guess, as being featured in a very funny scene in the Royle Familty with Ricky Tomlinson and the late Geoffrey Hughes...
