  • Good morning,

I am trying to get my OH take me hobbycraft for some wool and new needles this morning. It was snowing earlier on this morning, now the sun is out.

    Have a good day

      • It's nice in the sun as long as I have my woolly undies on. Been out and bought 2 window sill planters and 4 blocks of that coir stuff - brilliant to watch as it expands out of its bag.

            • OUCH Lottie. Hope your foot gets better soon. Garden tools need a lot of elf and safety warnings!

I was lucky to get some free plants today from my parents some dwarf daffs and snowdrops which look good now and should look even better next year. That will add some colour in

                • Good evening Folks, it has been cold here today with snow/rain on and off all day nothing done today, but youngest grandson kept me busy, I still dont know where he gets the energy, I will have to try the drink that Trip had last night to help me rest overnight purely medicinal of course. Well I wish you all a good night, and hope you all have an accident free day tomorrow, and if I spill any of this drink it will smell better than white spirit. Goodnight

                    • Good evening,

Been out most of the morning. OH took me to buy some wool and a pattern to make a hooded cardigan. Can't wait to start making it.

I'm a bit disappointed that I've put on 1/2 pound. But had a bad week, OH has been working nights and I've been lazy and just ordered take aways. I've just been to tired to make anything for myself after I've finished work. I will start again and try and loose for next week.

Wasn't around much yesterday...sorry!...but I can sympathise with Lottie......yesterday the hatchback boot fell on my head.
It really flipping hurt and I have a very sore bump on me noggin this morning.
Yes...it needs new struts, but I've been trying to avoid having to pay for some....I think it's time to change my mind eh?

We seem to be expecting 4 days of no rain so I'm hoping to crack on with the weeding,...again!

Think I'll pop the kettle on....anyone for a cuppa?

Oh...nearly forgot to mention that we got our second Marans egg yesterday.( dark chocolate brown!)
Hopefully she'll get into a routine soon .
