Evening all. Well I arrived at the allotment at 9.30am and left at 1pm. My back doesn't ache but my knees ache a bit. Think I have done about half of it, well roughly. I am hoping to go down again tomorrow and do a bit more.
Been a bit warmer here today. Which has been quite a nice change

I'm still aching like crazy after a brill weeding session in the garden yesterday.
It never ceases to amaze me how long nettle stings keep on throbbing on your hands though

Morning all . Been loads of shiney but dulling now. Slept all the way through last night. First time for ages.

Although kitchen has been painted, it looks very dull. I think it's down to the new spotlight bulbs we fitted but we are changing the paint from pastel green which in poor light can look grey, to cream.

2-3 hours work but hopefully that will do the trick. If not, the spotlight bulbs which cost £8.50 each will be getting the heave.

Morning all Recovering from bad cough which OH said had me making all kinds of weird noises at night time LOL. Glad I couldn't hear them!

Sun is out so hopefully will do some gentle pottering outside today. A sit in the sun with the kindle will be good anyway.

I once recorded my OH snoring, and he was horrified that he managed to produce such a noise.
Up til that time he'd get annoyed if I prodded him...since then he rolls over without comment
Best thing I ever did!!!!

Morning all, hope everyone is well and fabulous.

A sunny day in the garden pottering yesterday has done wonders for my mood. I managed to get up early, get two load of washing on the whirlygig, walk the dogs then have a coffee in the greenhouse. Off to work now, have a good day folks

I once recorded my OH snoring to just to show him how loud he snores. I am feeling a lot better today, just a chesty cough. OH has started to come down with it now. So will be looking after him because you know what men are like they exaggerate when ill hehe. He didn't believe how ill I was until he started feeling ill for himself. He was saying this morning when he came home from work that now he knows how I felt when I was ill. I got no sympathy of him because he thought I wernt that ill.

Not doing anything today apart from resting and looking after the OH.

Afternoon all,

Been off line all morning and just got it back, its amazing how many times you think oh i will just look online.
Getting annoyed with the new white chickens had them 2 months and only one is laying, not that i need the eggs but she should have started a month ago!!
Off to the cinema tonight, might take the toll road as it is quite far and do not have the time to be spending it in the car all day.

Been doing so many work/fancy emails i nearly signed off by saying many thanks Lisa

Woo hoo my wildlife seed kit has come. I had to jump out the bath because the guy who deleivered it just kept banging on the door. Don't worry I was covered up when I answered the door, I would of gave the guy a frighted if I didn't. Anyway, I didn't expect to get so many seeds. I have 15 packets of mixed seeds. Need to see if mum will let me plant some in her garden for the bees

Afternoon all, been a busy bee this morning. Finally sat down for a cuppa. I've got an hour before I pick the kids up, so may go and have 5mins in the garden.

Anyone made any silver clay jewellery? Just booked for myself and a friend. Never tried it but really looking forward to it now
