Bought her a £2.99 hula hoop from Lids, kept her occupied for the last few days.
Speaking of £2.99 & Lids, Yesterday they had their £6.99 Fruit Trees knocked down to £2.99 so picked up a Jonagold. Whether it'll fruit or not is another matter.

On my travels this morning I popped into h@meb@se to just look at the plants. The guy in there said we've got a truck load of stuff coming in tomorrow so anything you pick up bring it to me and I'll reduce it by 50%! Oh carp, I was t going to spend anything...I was just gonna look
Went out walking to the library this morning while the weather was fine. I was very good and only took two books out so decided to see if there was anything exciting in the supermarket.
Of course there was and I bought several items.
Came out the door and the wind got up really strong, the sky got black and the heavens opened with this sleety rain.
I had no car as i was walking, a very heavy backpack, a coat whose hood wouldnt stay up and a 25 minute walk home.
Sitting here now like a drowned rat and feeling like someone just beat me up.

A load of bedding plants, bush and trailing fuschia, violas. A small hanging basket with violas for my mum who is visiting on the weekend, half dozen foxgloves, Jacobs ladder,a couple of ferns and a fatsia japonica. Pretty chuffed.
It's really windy here, OH and son were going to a TT race later but have decided it's too dangerous. Stuff is flying everywhere and ive just heard a load of clanging and one of our outside lights is hanging on by a thread!
Night Deano. Evening All Just had a massive flash of lightning here and the loudest thunder I've heard this year. All quiet now though. Day two of the strike tomorrow which makes a lot more work for me and my staff and a lot of disappointment for patients I also have to take the register! See you tomorrow
