5am! And our neighbour's dogs are fighting AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! There are 4 bitches in a small pen. One of the dogs is the nasty one and keeps picking on a smaller one. The screams are horrible. I keep telling the neighbours but they won't do anything. The little dog cannot defend herself or get away - GRRRRRRRR!

I'd report it, I hate any dogs yelping for help. Makes me sad. How can they be so cruel keeping them in a small pen and letting them fight.

So OH turned off the little radiator in the tiny hall that I am using as a greenhouse - good except I then turned it off again..................which means I turned it back on.................8in sweet peas with iddy biddy leaves at the top.

Buss contact the Seprona in your local area, you most likely will have to speak Spanish but it is their job, there are certain laws regarding animals here, i know most of the time ignored and it is a horrible place for cruelty, but they normally act quite well if you are not sleeping. You can also denuncia your neighbour not a nice thing to do but sometimes necessary.
