Humph! A certain well known company sent me email advertising lovely selections of bare root plants, like violets, Lily of the valley etc, for a £1.00, tried to buy some, but the link wouldn't work, and now when I tried again, they are 'out of stock'!

Annoying, but I didn't need them I suppose!

Sick to death of bring ripped off by Uk businnesses in Ireland. When prices are queried the answer is always the same. Its the exchange rate.
No offence to anyone british by the way, just fed up with it.

The OH is freezing cold but it is boiling in this house, i am walking around in shorts. Please stop putting wood on the fire and put on a damn jumper!!!!! grrrr.

I'm so mad! We have an appointment in Bath at 1.15......boys will not get a move on. One has just strolled casually out if the shower. Yes, I know Bath only takes 25mins...but that is on a good day, we also need to travel through to the other side of town so it takes much longer and we will hit lots more traffic and I've also got to bl@@dy park!!

I am so bored, i feel like i am going stir crazy, the house is clean, up to date on work, do not want to sow many more seeds and the weather is horrible so cannot do anything. I feel like a caged animal.
I am on my 7th tea/coffee so that probably does not help.

Rant one - can't find the I will only say this once pest thread maybe I made it up
Rant two - ruddy fat pigeons! Not only are they trying to eat the plum blossom they are breaking lots of branches on my young trees.
Rant three - Greenfly...seriously how do they find their way indoors
Final rant - The teeny tiny micro slugs that have eaten all the tiny buds on my kiwi berry

I have two rants.
Number one are the kids. They have got jigsaws, playdough, new pens and pencils, grass is dry enough to play on, the list of things for them to do is endless. But all I have had today is "I'm bored, there's nothing to do". For chuff sake.
Second one is a missing parcel. Was meant to of been delivered on the 30/3. But was a no show. Looked on website and it was meant to still be with the delivery driver. Have been in touch with supplier and they have got in touch with delivery company. Then today I have checked with delivery company site. They unloaded parcel from delivery van last night and then reloaded it at 9.43 this morning. Just glad it is an non perishable item. Plants would of been dead by now.

Delivery from Sutt0ns - got a card through on the Saturday from the delivery company, no fields filled in at all. Tried their online tracker - the number doesn't relate to anything. Tried to call, their lines are only open Monday-Friday 9.30-5 (I work all of these hours and more every Monday to Friday). Sent an email. Tried to call again on my lunch - on hold for 32 mins before I gave up. Got home on Monday to another card, again no details, but a different number. Tried that one online - the only options are collection Tuesday or Wednesday during the above hours or delivery to a neighbour on the same days. Went for delivery to neighbour. Called again on Tuesday, again no luck. Home on Tuesday - no parcel, neither of my neighbours had their doors knocked on (one was home all day). Tried online again - last info was my parcel was out for delivery on Monday.

Another call Wednesday and another email. Finally got a reply on Wednesday afternoon to my FIRST email - the exact words were "Our records show that the driver has attempted delivery on <<>>" and another saying my case had been closed. Thank you for your helpfulness, computer generated reply after 5 days. Sent a rather angry email detailing issues to date, asking why they never answer the phone etc and where my parcel was. Having attempted to call again Thursday and Friday, on Friday I received "Our records show that the driver has attempted delivery on Friday, Monday and Tuesday." Absolutely furious by this point I emailed Sutt0ns... See the happy thread for the result
